Daniel Orr Racing - Transformers 3
"I was a big fan of the Transformers cartoon growing up, so when the first one came out, I think I was the first in line. Then the second one came out and it was 2 times better than the first, no pon intended. I said after I saw the first 2 that they should have been in 3D. Low and behold, "Michael Bay has created an incredibly engaging and immersive 3D experience with this latest movie, one that will undoubtedly be among the most entertaining movie going experiences of the summer,” said Daniel Orr. “Providing fans an opportunity to see it early in 3D is a great way to kick off the movie’s opening." The movies continuous action, is two to three times more than the second trance, Megatron and Prime Sentinel awesome, a typical plot of Transformers in style."

Daniel Orr Racing Makes A Guest Apearance At Regal Ormond Beach Cinema 12 - Mr. Popper's Penguins

15-June-2011 – FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Growing up in Brooklyn, New York, young Tommy Popper looks forward to the moments when, on his tiptoes to reach a ham radio in his bedroom, he can talk to his world-traveling father. Years later, Tommy is now Mr. Popper, a highly successful real estate developer in Manhattan. Amicably divorced from Amanda, with two children he sees on alternate weekends, Mr. Popper lives the life of luxury in his ultra-modern Park Avenue apartment and is well on his way to becoming partner at his prestigious firm. That is, until the morning a final gift from Popper's late father, a souvenir from Antarctica, arrives in a crate at Popper's front door.

Inside the wooden box, nestled amongst ice packs, is a two-foot tall penguin with bright orange feet. Not a toy penguin, or a stuffed bird from the taxidermist, as Popper at first assumes, but a real, live penguin, who scampers across Popper's floor and emits loud honks. Eager to be rid of this wild creature, Popper contacts every city and state agency imaginable, but no one is willing to take a pet penguin. His call to Antarctica to try to ship the bird back instead results in the arrival of another five penguins at Popper's door.

Let's hear Daniel Orr's take on the movie,

"The Penguins take on the mannerisms or traits closer to humans than wild animals. This of course is to play more into the comedy of the movie, as you see the penguins playing off everything Mr Popper says to them, as if they can understand everything the humans say to the penguins, Which I think they did a good job, some of the human-penguin back and forth looks pretty amusing. Jim Carrey takes on a more mature persona in this movie without losing the great comedic factor he's know for. With that being said, this is a perfect fit for Jim Carrey. The movie has been called his return to physical comedy and after viewing the trailer I concur. Carrey is gawky, funny, over-animated with brilliant facial emotions, quick-witted and on spot with his personal style of humor."

Come out to Regal Ormond Beach Cinema 12 June 18th, 2011 2:30 - 3:30 for pictures and autographs by Daniel Orr Racing. Then join us to view this animal-human comedy that could be common to adults but kids will love its familiarity. The genre doesn’t explore uncharted territory, but it does deliver a pleasant movie experience for all ages.

With Special Guest Daniel Orr Racing-Green Lantern Hits Hollywood Theaters Pavilion Stadium 14 Friday

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

June 15th, 2011 - In a universe as vast as it is mysterious, a small but powerful force has existed for centuries. Protectors of peace and justice, they are called the Green Lantern Corps. A brotherhood of warriors sworn to keep intergalactic order, each Green Lantern wears a ring that grants him superpowers. But when a new enemy called Parallax threatens to destroy the balance of power in the Universe, their fate and the fate of Earth lie in the hands of their newest recruit, the first human ever selected: Hal Jordan. Hal is a gifted and cocky test pilot, but the Green Lanterns have little respect for humans, who have never harnessed the infinite powers of the ring before. But Hal is clearly the missing piece to the puzzle, and along with his determination and willpower, he has one thing no member of the Corps has ever had: humanity. With the encouragement of fellow pilot and childhood sweetheart Carol Ferris, if Hal can quickly master his new powers and find the courage to overcome his fears, he may prove to be not only the key to defeating Parallax... he will become the greatest Green Lantern of all.

"I'm intrigued by the storyline, If anybody deserves a fantastic film it's The Green Lantern. Martin Campbell's a good action director and Ryan should do well in this movie. He always brings a mix of humor with all his films. Of course Mark Strong is in this, he's a villain in everything these days. Can't wait to see. I hope, like with all Comic book movies, they keep the movies ending open for sequels. Wouldn't be a comic book if it didn't keep going." said Daniel Orr

Though Reynolds has prior experience in the superhero realm from his role as Deadpool in X-Men Origins: Wolverine, playing Green Lantern involved some major challenges, like getting hurled through the air on a wire at up to 60 feet per second to create the illusion of flight. "The first time you do it, you're seriously considering an adult diaper," Reynolds says. Still, he couldn't resist the chance to play the beloved DC Comics hero, whose power ring can conjure virtually anything he can dream up.

The original "Green Lantern" was created in 1940 by writer Bill Finger and artist Martin Nodell. (It is said Nodell came up with the idea after seeing a New York City subway employee wave a green lantern as an all-clear signal). The character was railroad engineer Alan Scott, who came upon a green lantern that instructed him to make a power ring from its material. The ring gave him magical powers.

Come out June 17th, 2011 to the Hollywood Theaters Pavilion Stadium 14 and join Daniel Orr Racing.

Daniel Orr Racing Is Racing For A Greener Future

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

June 7, 2011-Many of you might be scratching your head wondering how Racing a car is saving our planet. Well, read how Daniel Orr Racing is making it happen.

Since the American LeMans Series is the global leader in green racing. With its mission of producing sustainable, efficient and environmentally-responsible transportation solutions, the Series has successfully reduced its oil consumption and greenhouse gas (GHGs) emissions by more than 40%* over the last five years of competition. This reduction has been achieved through the testing of new and evolving energies such as clean diesel, renewable biobased fuels and advanced hybrid powertrains, as well as automotive technologies including aerodynamics, the internal combustion engine, lightweight materials and tire technologies. These advancements which are accelerated when automobile manufacturers test them in a racing environment, ultimately transfer to and improve the performance of their street car - benefiting and helping to support a cleaner, greener environment.

These significant innovations and improvements are common in the American Le Mans Series given that its technical regulations encourage the automobile manufacturers to create technical advancements and diversity. These regulations have enticed more than a dozen automobile and chassis manufacturers and four tire manufacturers to compete in the North American endurance racing series. So, It only makes sense to use Motorsports to raise awareness to save our planet.

Daniel Orr Racing has devised a plan to create business relationships, connect with like minded individuals and to inform people of the many ways they can help.

"Unfortunately there is still a popular misconception that living green means having to give up something, or having to go without. But green living isn't about saying no to the way we live, it's about make better choices to the benefit of everyone. One such example is how we dispose of everyday items that we don't use anymore. Most of us when we don't need a particular item anymore just dispose of it in the trash. But landfills are filling up fast and there is another option when it comes to a lot of the stuff we throw away Guess what? Our future is still unwritten and the pen is in your hand! You decide how quickly or slowly you walk your path to a greener life. Just remember...our future depends on our knowledge and actions. The consumer choices you make today will change your health and the health of our world tomorrow. Please join me in taking small steps, every day, toward a greener tomorrow," Said Daniel Orr
